Pastor Billy Joe Daugherty

Our hearts are grieved to hear about the passing of such an awesome man of God who has influenced both mine and Russ' lives greatly.  I can hardly even believe it.  I went to Victory and worked at Victory Bible Institute for a little while and was truly blessed (in many ways) to be a part of that ministry.  Our love and prayers go out to his family.
